«Строительство Новолакской ВЭС позволит создать порядка 70 постоянных рабочих мест и 300 рабочих мест на стадии строительства, и принесет дополнительные доходы в бюджет», – сказал глава Дагестана Сергей Меликов.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
