Члены участковой комиссии № 584 отказались выдать избирателю бумажный бюллетень, который в качестве причины указал отсутствие у него сведений о том, что на «бумагу» надо записываться заранее.

«Правовые основания для голосования с использованием бюллетеня, изготовленного на бумажном носителе — отсутствуют», — ответила ему комиссия.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). Users can tap "X selected" (X being the number of items) at the top of the panel to preview how the album will look in the chat when it's sent, as well as rearrange or remove selected media. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said.
