Медали и кубки вручали Генеральный директор ФК «Нефтехимик» Валерий Калачёв и помощник Генерального директора клуба Наиль Гизатуллин. По итогам сезона команда «Нефтехимик-2010» на 2-м месте, «Нефтехимик-2011» и «Нефтехимик-2012» стали победителями в своих возрастных группах. Кубок лучшего бомбардира вручили Евгению Тюрикову.
