В Самарском университете имени Королева разработали и подготовили к запуску космические аппараты с гиперспектральным зрением HyperView-1G и Colibri-S. Их планируется использовать для мониторинга из космоса лесных пожаров и нефтяных загрязнений на Земле.
Новые устройства способны «видеть» мир в многоканальном спектральном отображении и выделять свойства объектов. HyperView-1G состоит из шести кубиков с длиной грани 10 см. Он оснащен мощным длиннофокусным объективом отечественного производства для работы в инфракрасном диапазоне — от 400 до 1000 нм. Количество спектральных каналов — от 150 до 300.
Космический аппарат Colibri-S состоит из трех юнитов и создан на платформе «Геоскан 3U» стандарта CubeSat. Модель оснащена гиперспектральной камерой 10х15 мм для работы в видимом диапазоне и объективом «Юпитер» 3.5/135 мм.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
