✳️ پرنده‌نگری یا مشاهده‌ی پرندگان آزاد در زیستگاه‌های طبیعی یکی از شاخه‌های پرطرفدار اکوتوریسم در کشورهای مختلف است. اطلاعاتی که همه روزه توسط پرنده‌نگرها در سراسر جهان گردآوری و ثبت می‌شود، کمک شایانی به پژوهش‌های علمی مرتبط و نیز مدیریت و حفاظت از تنوع زیستی می‌کند.
چندی پیش در سفر کوتاهی که برای عکاسی از پرندگان اطراف مشهد داشتم، افتخار آشنایی و دوستی با جناب آقای محمد فلاح نصیبم شد. ایشان همچون دیگر پرنده‌نگرهای حرفه‌ای کشورمان، تلاش و پشتکاری ستودنی در سفر به سراسر ایران برای مشاهده و ثبت گونه‌های مختلف پرندگان داشته و دارند. آن روز هنگامی که مشغول عکاسی از پرندگان بودم، برای لحظه‌ای دوربین را برگردانده و این عکس را بدون اطلاع آقای فلاح از ایشان در حال پرنده‌نگری گرفتم!

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram.
