Полицейские задержали его за поджог релейного шкафа на железной дороге. По версии следствия, неизвестный списался с подростком в мессенджере и предложил совершить поджог за 5 тыс. руб. После чего подросток получил инструкции по изготовлению горючей жидкости.
Видео поджога молодой человек передал заказчику, а полученные деньги потратил на одежду. В отношении него возбудили уголовное дело за «диверсию» (статья 281 УК РФ).

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said.
