Власти Орловской области установили для НКО план по привлечению контрактников на войну

Письмо от местных властей руководству одной из некоммерческих организаций опубликовал правозащитный проект «Идите лесом».

В нем говорится, что до конца года организация должна завербовать на контракт 149 человек. Этот показатель разный для всех НКО, он зависит от размера субсидий, которые они получают из бюджета.

Решение о плане власти региона приняли 28 августа. За его невыполнение организациям грозят штрафами до 50 тыс. руб.

По данным «Идите лесом», из-за требования вербовать добровольцев некоторые некоммерческие организации рассматривают возможность закрыться.
