🔺️ استاندار خراسان شمالی در آیین تجلیل از مراکز نیکوکاری که با حضور قائم مقام کمیته امداد کشور و نماینده ولی فقیه در استان و جمعی از مسئولین و اعضای هیئت عامل مراکز نیکوکاری در محل سالن ایثار بجنورد برگزار شد، با اشاره به اینکه روزهای ماه مبارک رمضان از افضل ترین روزهای سال است اظهار داشت: فعالان مراکز نیکوکاری و همه افرادی که در این مسیر قدم برمی‌دارند بهترین مسیر برای زندگی انتخاب کردند و این لطف خداوند است که ما را در مسیر خیر قرار داده است.
◽️وی با اشاره به اثرات مثبت فعالیت مراکز نیکوکاری در زندگی نیازمندان گفت: برخی از اعضای مراکز نیکوکاری خود از دامان کمیته امداد پرورش یافته اند و امروز خود به عنوان فعال مرکز نیکوکاری به نیازمندان خدمت می‌کنند.

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content.
