🔹سخنگوی کمیسیون امنیت ملی مجلس شورای اسلامی از ارسال نامه‌ای از سوی رئیس این کمیسیون به دیوان عدالت اداری و درخواست از این دیوان برای ابطال حکم انتصاب محمدجواد ظریف به علت مغایرت قانونی و بر اساس مواد ۸۶ و ۱۳ قانون دیوان عدالت اداری خبر داد.
🔹به گفته ابراهیم رضایی، طبق ماده یک قانون نحوه انتصاب اشخاص در مشاغل حساس مصوب مجلس، تمامی دستگاه‌های اجرایی موظف هستند در انتصاب افراد به مشاغل حساس، از مراجع سه‌گانه شامل وزارت اطلاعات، سازمان اطلاعات سپاه و قوه قضاییه استعلام کنند. در صورتی که انتصابی بر خلاف این استعلام صورت گیرد، آن انتصاب غیرقانونی خواهد بود.
