Вижу много сообщений с просьбой поделиться фотографиями с Губернаторского бала, который прошел вчера. Невероятный был праздник. Яркие моменты бала запечатлены на множестве снимков, которые ребята и их родители, и все, кто был причастен к этому празднику, будут еще не раз пересматривать.

Делюсь с вами небольшой частью снимков, еще одна подборка опубликована в социальных сетях министерства образования региона. А ссылку на все фотографии мы отправили в муниципальные органы управления образованием, чтобы ее передали всем выпускникам.

Добавлю, что праздник накануне прошел без происшествий, как и все выпускные вечера по области. С 25 по 30 июня торжества прошли в 534 образовательных организациях. В охране общественного порядка и общественной безопасности было задействовано 770 сотрудников полиции, Росгвардии, работников ЧОО, представителей общественных формирований и казачества. Спасибо всем, кто обеспечивал безопасность этого важного мероприятия.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
