Сегодня в Белом зале Дворянского собрания представили выставку по итогам десятого пленэра проекта «Импрессионисты. Костромские сезоны». 12 авторов из разных регионов страны, 25 работ высокого художественного уровня.

Руководит проектом «Импрессионисты. Костромские сезоны» заслуженный художник РФ, академик РАХ Андрей Захаров при поддержке предпринимателя, мецената Максима Кубылькина. В рамках выставки состоялась презентация нового альбома «Русский импрессионизм. Костромские сезоны. 2020-2024».

🖼Одна из созданных на пленэре картин войдёт в коллекцию Костромского музея-заповедника. Это работа ставропольского автора Олега Калайтанова «Русский дух».

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
