Её по-хорошему еще месяц бы допиливать, перенести бэкенд на платный сервер, чтобы вопросы грузились побыстрее, но с другой стороны, чем дольше пилишь проект, тем меньше шансов ему появится на свет. Решил выложит в таком виде, если будет интерес со стороны сообщества, буду допиливать.

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
