Меньше, чем полгода спустя, авторы CyberSecEval выкатывают вторую версию своего бенчмарка, приуроченную к выходу LLaMA-3. Во второй версии добавляются новые задачи для двух аудиторий: тех, кто строит решения для кибербезопасности на основе LLM, и тех, кто создает приложения общего назначения. Первым эта работа дает набор тестов, которые помогают оценить устойчивость решения перед стандартными атаками, вторым – возможность оценить, насколько хорошо LLM подходит для решения их задач.

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
