В основе рейтинга - размер средней заработной платы и среднедушевой объем валового регионального продукта. Эксперты отмечают, что стабильное положение региона коррелирует с его ориентацией на добывающую промышленность. Из приятного: аналитики ФоРГО и МВФ считают, что негативный этап Россия уже прошла, теперь экономика будет восстанавливаться, а показатели расти.
