Сейчас на Дальнем Востоке работают и другие льготные программы – дальневосточная, ИТ и сельская ипотеки.
Также по поручению главы государства по всей стране, в том числе и в ДФО, будут строить еще больше арендного жилья, которое предоставляется по льготной арендной ставке. Это поможет значительно снизить финансовую нагрузку на специалистов, работающих на важных для всего округа предприятиях.
