Ознакомился с ходом восстановления многоквартирного дома по бульвару Шевченко, 76. Девятиэтажный дом получил серьезные конструктивные повреждения в марте 2022 года. Строителям до основания пришлось разобрать два из четырех подъездов многоэтажки. Теперь они полностью отстроены. Сегодня же специалисты приступили к подготовительным работам по монтажу плит перекрытия технического этажа.

В ближайшие два месяца в доме завершат и все внутренние работы. Выполнят установку окон и дверей, проведут новые инженерные коммуникации. К покраске фасада приступят на финальном этапе восстановления.

В уцелевших двух подъездах ремонт уже окончен. В квартирах горожан заменили системы тепло- и водоснабжения, провели ремонт мест общего пользования.

Выйти на сдачу объекта специалисты планируют в июне месяце.
