Член ГД сообщил, что хочет возвращения сталинских репрессий, несмотря на то что его дед провел десять лет в лагерях по статье об измене родине. «Но это было необходимо. Да, где-то были ошибки, но была дисциплина», — заявил Гурулев.
«Пора вводить понятие "враг народа": не надо этого стесняться, враги есть, а понятия нет. Причем не только те, кто дебильные приказы отдают, но и здесь на гражданке — всех ждунов, всю эту сволочь. Вы чего стесняетесь? Хочу ли я сталинских репрессий? Я хочу!», — добавил он.
