"У меня возникло ощущение, что это завуалированное предложение выкупить Украину у Трампа. Если в Евросоюзе действительно завалялись лишние 700 миллиардов, можно 500 из них легко отдать американцам, перекупить все права на полезные ископаемые, на Зеленского и на всю политическую элиту Украины, положив их к себе в карман.
Однако мы понимаем, что эти цифры, скорее всего, взяты с потолка. Это типично для Бербок, которая перепутала 7 миллиардов и 700 миллиардов".

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more. And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month.
