Безусловно, награждение - это знаковая вещь! В этот же день награждали аналогичными орденами и «пехотинцев Путина», в том числе Адама Делимханова и прочих заслуженных государственников, на которых опирается сегодня Владимир Путин.
Врагу России суд вынес штраф в 30 тыс., а Радию Хабирову - Орден за заслуги перед Отечеством, как очередное публичное признание и глубокое уважение от Президента России.
