Разведданные свидетельствуют о том, что Китай и РФ сосредоточились в основном на нескольких категориях сотрудников, и прежде всего это недавно уволенные работники, имевшие доступ к секретной информации, а также находящиеся на испытательном сроке или в зоне риска быть уволенными.
