В ответ глава МИД Украины АндрейСибига заявил, что прощение агрессора лишь поощряет дальнейшие преступления. По его мнению, те, кто не потерял ничего в этой войне, не имеют морального права делать подобные заявления.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
