В июле Bank of America прогнозировал, что доходность достигла своего пика за год, но индекс продолжил расти ещё на 8%, чему способствовали сильная экономика США, смягчение денежно-кредитной политики ФРС и победа Трампа на выборах.

В 2025 году большинство организаций ожидают, что индекс S&P 500 принесёт прибыль в диапазоне от 10% до 20%.
