Жители дома 7 по улице Бронной в Рязани направили обращение через ПОС в администрацию города. Они были недовольны тем, что после проведения земляных работ оказалось разрушено асфальтовое покрытие. Подрядчик ограничился посыпкой щебня на месте проведённых работ.
В администрации города на заявку отреагировали быстро. Покрытие на указанном участке восстановили.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
