В МБОУ «ЦО с.Уэлькаль» прошла акция «Красная ленточка», приуроченная Всемирному Дню борьбы со СПИДом. В этот день волонтёры раздавали ленточки и рассказывали, для чего мы крепим себе этот символ борьбы со СПИДом. Медицинский работник Акимиева А.С. провела беседу с обучающимися 5-8 классов на тему «Профилактика ВИЧ - инфекции». Беседа сопровождалась презентацией. А также проведена анкетирование на тему «Что ты знаешь о СПИДе». В целях профилактики ВИЧ-инфекции и СПИДа был оформлен информационный стенд «Это нужнознать!». Обучающимися просмотрен видеоролик «Что такое ВИЧ». В конце беседы участники получили памятки и буклеты «Что должен знать ребёнок о ВИЧ-инфекции?».

For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
