▪️Обмеження на рівні 10% для постачальницьких і збутових надбавок, що нараховуються дистриб'юторами. ▪️ Обмеження на рівні 10% для роздрібних націнок на рецептурні ліки. ▪️Обмеження на рівні 35% для роздрібних націнок на безрецептурні препарати.
🏥 Крім того, уряд має заборонити маркетингові послуги та просування ліків, а також посилити контроль за дотриманням регульованих цін на ліки.
