✍️ 1 087 ta holatda 21,4 gektar yer maydonidagi qonunbuzilish holatlari bartaraf etilgan; ✍️1 626 ta holatda maʼmuriy jarimalar qo‘llanilgan; ✍️ 879 ta holatda sudlarga daʼvo arizalari kiritilgan; ✍️ 49 ta holatda to‘plangan materiallar prokuratura organlariga yuborilgan, shundan 42 ta holatda jinoyat ishi qo‘zg‘atilgan; ✍️1 543 gektar yer maydoni davlat zahirasiga qaytarilishi taʼminlangan.
Tahlil natijasiga ko‘ra, joriy yilning 6 oyi davomida huquqbuzarliklar soni o‘tgan yilga nisbatan 12% ga ortgan. Jumladan, 🔹Bo‘stonliq tumanida 207 taga, 🔹Zangiota tumanida 63 taga, 🔹Yangiyo‘l tumanida 114 taga ko‘paygan.

The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
