В 2023 году между региональным министерством образования и науки и ООО "Кампус 2025" было заключено концессионное соглашение на строительство кампуса. Но как отмечают в прокуратуре Хабаровского края с момента заключения концессионного соглашения и на период его реализации у концессионера отсутствовали собственные и заемные денежные средства в установленном законом размере от общего объема инвестиций, заявленных в проекте соглашения.

They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
