Решаются проблемы доступности врачебной помощи: расширяется график работы диагностических кабинетов до 20:00 в будни и до 15:00 в субботу. Благодаря работе референс-центров круглосуточно обрабатываются снимки, что существенно ускоряет диагностику заболеваний.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. For tech stocks, “the main thing is yields,” Essaye said. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
