Работники государственных органов и государственных учреждений Чукотки смогут получать стопроцентную северную надбавку с первого дня работы. С такой инициативой выступил губернатор Роман Копин. Планируется, что изменения в систему оплаты труда будут внесены в марте 2023 года. Этот вопрос рассмотрят на заседании окружной думы 20 февраля.
Отметим, что сейчас сотрудник должен проработать на Крайнем Севере пять лет, чтобы иметь право на стопроцентную надбавку к окладу.
