Участвовал в операции по спасению заложников в Буденновске и театральном центре на Дубровке в Москве, Беслане, участник событий у Белого дома в 1993 года. Неоднократно участвовал в переговорах с террористами. Во время операции в больнице Буденновска в 1995 году получил тяжелое ранение, в результате которого лишился глаза.

That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
