А именно, «запретить до вступления в силу решения Суда по настоящему делу Петрозаводскому городскому Совету рассматривать проект решения «О внесении изменений в Решение Петрозаводского городского Совета от 26.02.2020 № 28/29-586 «Об утверждении Правил благоустройства территории Петрозаводского городского округа» (пункт 14 повестки сессии Петрозаводского городского Совета, назначенной на 22.11.2024), а также проводить голосование по нему и принимать решение по существу».
Это означает, что в случае положительного решения суда Петросовет на завтрашней сессии не сможет рассмотреть вопрос о понижении платы за снос деревьев в городе.
