Уничтожение либо повреждение воинских захоронений, а также памятников, стел, обелисков, других мемориальных сооружений или объектов, увековечивающих память погибших при защите Отечества). И, несомненно, поедет за решетку, так как статья предусматривает до трех лет лишения свободы.
