عداوة غير المؤمن للمؤمن تنشأ من كونه مؤمنًا - وإن اقترن بذلك غيره من أسباب العداوة -، كما قال الله تعالى فيهم: ﴿لَا یرقبونَ في مؤمِنٍ إِلࣰّا ولا ذمَّةࣰۚ وأُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ همُ المعتدونَ﴾، فعداوتهم الكبرى لأجل الإيمان، لا لمجرد الأموال والأوطان، وهي التي تحملهم على الاعتداء عليكم.

I want a secure messaging app, should I use Telegram? Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat.
