🔹آنگولا، مصر، موریس، آفریقای جنوبی، هند، عراق، پاکستان، ویتنام، استونی، اسلوونی، شیلی، اکوادور، ایتالیا، انگلیس و ایرلند شمالی از اول ژانویه برای دوره‌ای سه ساله انتخاب شدند.
