Вчора я, переглядаючи старі записи в ФБ, виявила, що симптоми ПНЕС з'явилися у мене щонайменше за півроку до того, як я була впевнена що вони з'явилися.
Це значить, що ПНЕС у мене не викликаний тією подією в житті, на яку я думала. І працювати для зменшення симптомів треба в іншому напрямку.
Перечитуйте свої соцмережі. Не соромтеся того, що ви занадто багато в них пишете. Це може несподівано виявитися надзвичайно корисним, особливо якщо пам'ять у вас така ж погана, як і у мене.
