С введением ограничений в 2024 году инвесторы вынуждены запрашивать дополнительное одобрение в OFAC, кроме имеющейся лицензии бельгийского Казначейства. Такое требование обязательно, если среди заблокированных активов присутствуют бумаги американских компаний с кодом US ISIN. Однако, несмотря на прошедший срок, американская администрация пока не утвердила ни одной подобной заявки, сообщает «РБК Инвестиции».
