به طور کلی هر نظریه و یا قانون علمی از سه صفت برخوردار است که نبودن هر یک از اینها آن نظریه قانون را از علمی بودن خارج می‌کند.این سه صفت به قرار زیر است.
الف) قانون یا نظریه نظمی همیشگی و پایدار را بیان می‌کند و از نظر منطقی شکل یک قضیه کلی را دارد که با 'هیچ' ، 'همیشه' ، 'هر' یا 'همه' آغاز می‌شود .برای نمونه : هرگاه نوری بر صفحه صیقلی بتابد با زاویه مساوی زاویه تابش منعکس خواهد شد . یا هر گازی ایده آلی در درجه حرارت ثابت ، حاصلضرب فشارش در حجمش مقدار ثابتی خواهد بود یا همواره پنی سیلین باکتری های خاص مقاوم نشده را می کشد. یا ...

حتی قوانین آماری نیز کلیت منطقی دارند ، مثلاً می‌گوییم واکسن وبا در ۷۵٪ موارد موثر است.
این بدان معنی است که همواره در شرایط معمول ، هر جا واکسن وبا به کار رود ۷۵ درصد مردم را علیه بیماری مقاوم می کند. اما اگر بگوییم نمی‌دانیم واکسن وبا چه می کند .گاهی اثر دارد و گاهی ندارد. حتی میزان درصدش را هم نمی‌دانیم. پیداست که در این صورت سخن ما علمی نیست و هنوز کاوش و کوشش بسیار لازم است تا آثار واکسن وبا شرح و توصیف علمی در خور پیدا کند.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
