🔻ساعت ۱۸:۳۳ «۱۲ فروردین ماه۱۴۰۴» گزارش تصادف یک دستگاه پژو ۴۰۵ با سواری تارا در محور توسکستان، محدوده شاهکوه سفلی، از طریق اورژانس به مرکز کنترل و هماهنگی عملیات استان اعلام شد.
🔻بلافاصله ۳ تیم از نجاتگران پایگاه چهارباغ، قرق، تیم واکنش سریع استان و همچنین یک تیم از هلال‌احمر استان سمنان با ۴ دستگاه آمبولانس به محل حادثه اعزام شدند، پس از ارزیابی، مشخص شد که این حادثه ۱۱ مصدوم دارد.
🔻نجاتگران پس از انجام اقدامات اولیه، مصدومین را توسط عوامل امدادی و اورژانس به مرکز درمانی منتقل کردند.
