Ранее Белоусов не явился на оглашение приговора по своему уголовному делу, местонахождение народного избранника сейчас неизвестно (по слухам, он мог скрыться от российского правосудия за границей). По решению суда парламентарий был объявлен в федеральный розыск.

That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital.
