Кировский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга вынес постановление об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении граждан Кубы Кастильо Мигеля Саме и Ривера Хорхе Давида Лопеса, обвиняемых в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.3 ст.30 - п.г ч.4 ст.228.1 УК РФ.
Следствие полагает, что фигуранты, действуя группой лиц по предварительному сговору, не позднее 19 марта 2025 года у неустановленного следствием лица приобрели 27 свертков наркотического вещества, которые в дальнейшем планировали сбыть путем помещения в условленных местах-закладках. Однако, свой умысел до конца не довели, поскольку были задержаны сотрудниками полиции, и данные свертки у фигурантов изъяли.
Саме и Лопес вину признали, от дачи показаний отказались, по мере не высказались.
