♦️عباس عراقچی، وزیر امور خارجه جمهوری اسلامی، روز پنجشنبه هشتم آبان، در واکنش به دستور رئیس‌جمهور آمریکا برای ازسرگیری آزمایش سلاح‌های هسته‌ای، این اقدام را «قهقرایی، غیرمسئولانه و تهدیدی جدی برای صلح و امنیت بین‌المللی» توصیف کرد. او با اشاره به تغییر نام «وزارت دفاع» آمریکا به «وزارت جنگ» گفت: «زورگوی مجهز به سلاح هسته‌ای دوباره آزمایش‌های اتمی خود را از سر می‌گیرد و در عین حال، برنامه صلح‌آمیز ایران را خطرناک جلوه می‌دهد.» عراقچی تاکید کرد که ایالات متحده «خطرناک‌ترین عامل اشاعه هسته‌ای در جهان» است و جامعه جهانی باید این کشور را به‌خاطر «عادی‌سازی اشاعه سلاح‌های کشتارجمعی» پاسخگو بداند. عراقچی در حالی آزمایش هسته‌ای آمریکا را« خطرناک» خوانده که پیشتر رئیس‌جمهوری روسیه، ولادیمیر پوتین، روز یکشنبه اعلام کرد که نیروی دریایی این کشور با موفقیت اژدر هسته‌ای «پوسایدون» را آزمایش کرده است. مقام‌های جمهوری اسلامی هیچ واکنشی به این اقدام روسیه نشان ندادند. 🇸🇦Indypersian

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
