Что известно о захвате заложников в СИЗО в Ростове-на-Дону:

— всё произошло в одной из камер СИЗО №1, сейчас ведутся переговоры, сообщили в ГУФСИН;

— заложников двое: предположительно, это надзиратель и один из оперативных сотрудников;

— заключённые, взявшие заложников, по данным СМИ, проходят по террористическим статьям. По предварительной информации, речь об Азамате Цицкиеве, о Шамиле Акиеве и Тамерлане Гирееве, получивших ранее длительные сроки за подготовку теракта в здании Верховного суда Карачаево-Черкесии;

— в регион выехала группа сотрудников центрального аппарата ФСИН России, движение транспорта в центре Ростова-на-Дону ограничено;

— СМИ пишут, что захватившие заложников вооружены пожарными топорами и резиновыми дубинками. На кадрах видны ножи и заточки.
