⛔️ Участок улицы Льва Толстого в Самаре перекроют на ближайшие выходные

В Самаре вечером 24 октября приступят в ремонту теплотрассы, проходящей по улице Льва Толстого. В связи с этим движение транспорта по участку улицы Льва Толстого от улицы Агибалова до улицы Спортивной ограничат на период с 22:00 24 октября и ориентировочно до конца суток 26 октября.

Схема организации дорожного движения изменится для автомобилистов и для городского пассажирского транспорта, работающего на 16 автобусных и 7 троллейбусных маршрутах.

For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
