تحمل المسؤولية وركّز على ما يمكنك فعله لتغيير وضعك للأفضل.

4️⃣ تغيير طريقة التفكير:
بدلاً من قول "لم أنجح بسبب الظروف" جرّب "كيف يمكنني النجاح رغم هذه الظروف؟كأنه تحدي للنفس.
