Но лучше поздно чем никогда, думаю эти меры заметно снизят эффективность мошеннических колл-центров. А ещё можно сделать картотеку мошенников, которая пригодится для фактуры в уголовных делах, когда до этих тварей дотянутся цепкие руки наших органов...
