«Доноры дарят людям самое важное – возможность жить. Особенно это ценно в зоне проведения СВО, где кровь всегда нужна. Но сейчас закон не учитывает их донорский опыт до вхождения регионов в состав России. Это несправедливо. ЛДПР исправит ситуацию», – заявил Леонид Слуцкий.
Законопроект позволит донорам получить заслуженное звание и меры поддержки, включая ежегодные выплаты, оплачиваемый отпуск и льготы на лечение.
