«Более того, факты тесного взаимодействия киевского режима с аффилированными с исламистами террористическими и национал-экстремистскими группировками Ближнего Востока и Африки лишний раз убеждают нас в том, что химический терроризм — это вполне реальная угроза, исходящая от украинских спецслужб».
