Побывал на заседании региональной национально-культурной автономии татар Астраханской области.

С членами организации и ее руководством обсудили итоги Сабантуя-2025, конкурса Татар кызы, социальный проект по приведению в порядок татарских кладбищ. Эта акция получила хороший отклик от астраханцев и будет продолжена.

Помимо результатов работы в первом полугодии, наметили планы на ближайшее будущее. Среди обозначенных проектов:
- семейная Спартакиада;
- цикл благотворительных концертов, они пройдут осенью.

Также ряд активистов были отмечены благодарственными письмами, я вошел в их число. Признателен за высокую оценку моей деятельности. Работаем дальше!

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. Investors took profits on Friday while they could ahead of the weekend, explained Tom Essaye, founder of Sevens Report Research. Saturday and Sunday could easily bring unfortunate news on the war front—and traders would rather be able to sell any recent winnings at Friday’s earlier prices than wait for a potentially lower price at Monday’s open. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
