Схема оригинальная, берут документы от участка в другом месте и уточнив границы(меняя место), сажают участок в наглую частично на общественную дорогу и зеленую зону. Бенефициары даже пытаются запугать крепкими шеями активных жильцов защищающих права. Нельзя ли этих схематозников догрузом погрузить прицепом к московскому верталёту?! Наши надзорные органы их почему-то не замечают.

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
