Центром используются технологии российских и зарубежных фирм, применяются современные термопластичные и армирующие материалы, узлы и полуфабрикаты с использованием высокопрочных алюминиевых и титановых сплавов.
По сообщению министерства труда и социальной политики ДНР, на 12 миллионов рублей было закуплены технические средства реабилитации. Ими были обеспечены около 2 тысяч человек.
